TERMS OF SERVICE

1.) Introduction
Welcome to the ESPACE system. This is a self-paced online learning system designed for students to study a series of learning in space technology and geo-informatics. By accessing any information published by the ESPACE system. Through "this Service" means that you are entering into an agreement to be bound by your use of the System, which is set out at the bottom of this document so that you understand the terms that will constitute conditions of your access to our Services for your benefit.

2.) Definitions
The following terms and statements shall have the meanings given below when used in the Terms and Conditions document. "ESPACE" means an online course provider designed specifically for learners. There are series of courses are organised for learners to systematically develop their learning, skills, and potential. "Service User" means a person who logs in to ESPACE to purchase services, try out the system, study content, or use other ESPACE services. "Member" means a user who has subscribed to ESPACE. "Content" means content accessible through the Service in the form of information such as text, audio files, music, images, videos, etc., and other similar items. "Additional Terms and Conditions" means documents issued or uploaded in connection with the Services under the name "Agreement", "Code of Conduct", "Policy", etc., and so on similarly.

3.) Personal Data Protection Policy
This Privacy Policy is governed by the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and the GISTDA has the authority and duty to make decisions regarding the collection, use, or disclosure of personal data, which is legally referred to as the 'Data Controller'. The data controller specifically assigned to carry out the duties relating to the collection, use or disclosure of personal data in accordance with the order or on behalf of GISTDA, which is legally referred to as the 'Personal Data Processor' and you are considered the 'Data Subject' under this law.

4.) Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The "User" must agree to the terms and conditions of the use of ESPACE services before using the ESPACE services. The acceptance of such agreement is valid, permanent, and irrevocable.

5.) Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
ESPACE reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as well as the Personal Data Protection Policy without prior notice. The User shall follow up the changes from the channels provided in ESPACE or on the website in the "ESPACE Terms and Conditions of Service" and "Personal Data Protection Policy" without claiming to be unaware of them. ESPACE services will be used for individual learning purposes which refers only to the users or members themselves. In addition, the User agrees not to take any part of the Content of the Service to copy, modify or reproduce for any business gain or financial support without ESPACE's permission.

6.) Sign Up
When the "User" has a subscription with ESPACE, it is deemed that the User authorises the collection of information on the use of various services of the Service, including the subjects attended. It shall be considered as the right of ESPACE to use such information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Policy without permission, and the "User" shall not have the right to access and request such information without permission from ESPACE. For username and password in accessing the ESPACE Service, the "User" is responsible for maintaining it by himself or herself, whereby ESPACE assumes that the person who logs in with the correct username and password from the correct login channel will be deemed to have logged in with the correct username and password. In using or ordering teaching courses and services from ESPACE, the User will not make any demands from others using the User's username and password to access the system. The User shall not consent to the use of other users in the User's name or username, such as viewing content, etc., and shall consent to the cancellation of all certificates from the "ESPACE" system and shall not claim any compensation if found to have done so.

7.) Intellectual Property Rights
Body, images, data, comment, diagram, databases, graphics, photographs, sounds or audio file formats, software, brands and html, or otherwise under the services of ESPACE, are the intellectual property of ESPACE or its partner institutions or users (as the case may be) protected by copyright and trademark laws and may not be downloaded, copied or modified unless you download and/or print copies of such materials for your own lawful use and not for commercial or other purposes. The author of the course content and ESPACE reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of the user who infringes copyright or infringes trademark or other intellectual property rights under the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (1994) and as amended and other applicable intellectual property laws.

8.) Scope of Responsibility
The scope of ESPACE's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the "User" for the purchase of ESPACE's "product" and/or "services".
